Job Description:
Reports to: Director of Marketing & Strategy
Purpose: As a Customer Success and Account Manager, you will play a key role as liaison between customers and internal team members. You will maintain customer orders, relationships, and a high satisfaction rate.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, in a manufacturing or other business-to-business environment.
- Initiative, diligent follow-thru, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an upbeat, professional demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Experience communicating internally and externally in a business setting.
- Superior computer ability; MS Office suites, CRMs and ERP systems
- Typing 65-70 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
- Ability to withstand prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing and working on a computer.
Highly Desirable:
- Plastics, Injection Molding Manufacturing experience
- IQMS system experience
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations for repeat orders.
- Confirm purchase orders, including gathering pertinent information from the client and the team.
- Maintain purchase order status and update the clients.
- Work with team members to handle and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Navigate both customer and company requirements to find solutions that satisfy the needs of both.
- Maintain an awareness of client order history and proactively reach out to obtain new orders.
- Manage communications and expectations with house accounts
- Prepare paperwork and communicate shipments for customers
- Other tasks and projects as necessary to aid the company.
Salary Range: $50,000 – $70,000 a year
