Q: What’s your favorite part about working at Natech?

I like everything about working at Natech and I love my job. I feel satisfied because over the years, I’ve been able to learn new skills and how to do new jobs. My favorite things to do are pack parts, operate machines, perform assemblies, and work with the pad printer.

I also love the people and my managers. They are all very kind.

Q: What skills have you learned here and how has that helped the company?

I started my career here with no knowledge about manufacturing. But over the years, I’ve learned so much and I’m still learning a lot even now. I think my greatest abilities are identifying part defects, interpreting work orders, and reviewing the part labels before they are shipped.

Q: What do you like to do in your spare time?

I like to cook and go shopping.

Q: What motivates you?

Continuing to learn new things is my motivation.

Cándida is dedicated, organized, and respectful. She likes to work in a team and has a great desire to learn. She is a nice person with many years of experience.

Q: What are your favorite Natech memories?

I have been working here for about 20 years, so I have so many good memories. My favorite events are the team parties that we have during Christmas time and during the summer.

Q: What is one thing you can’t live without?

I can’t live without working.
