Natech Adds Manufacturing at Second Facility

Natech Plastics has added manufacturing in its second facility.

With its first facility at maximum capacity, Natech has invested in expanding injection molding services to the second facility. The newest press is an Arburg with up to 66 tons of clamping force. As a sequence-timing press, it allows for greater process control during second stage pack/hold.

The new press will support the Natech Engineers in establishing process windows for new molds as well as medical mold validations. Optimizing control of the injection molding process during the DOE will result in more robust processing windows. To further support this, Natech has also invested in the software to support the Scientific Processing approach to IQ/OQ/PQ validations.
