Q: What is your favorite part about your job?
A: I love my position because I enjoy helping people. I usually check in with the team on second and third shift to ask how they’re feeling, if they’re comfortable, or if they need help. I like to be available for them. That connection with people is important to me. I love Natech because they feel like my second family.

Q: What does a typical day look like for you?
A: I come in before 8am because I like to help the team that is finishing their night shifts. I also support second and third shift with their quality needs. Even if it’s not during my shift, I check in to see how things are going. I want to make sure everything is running smoothly and the team has the resources they need.
Q: What is your proudest achievement while working here?
A: I’m proud of all the projects I’ve worked on, both past and present. Most of them involve medical and diagnostic devices, and it means a lot to know that the work I do helps make sure those products are safe and high-quality. Every new project is a new opportunity to help people.

Q: How do you feel like you’ve grown since joining Natech?
A: I started as a machine operator. Now, I’m a Quality Inspector. I’ve grown a lot since then, especially by taking on new challenges and working on different types of projects. I feel like I’ve grown together with the company.
Q: What advice would you give to someone just starting at Natech?
A: When new employees come in, I show them what to do and how things work here. I always tell them to try to learn as much as possible, because when you learn, Natech gives you more opportunities. That’s my whole story here. If you try your best, you can grow even more than I have.

Q: What motivates you?
A: I’m in a great position now, but I want to keep going. That’s my motivation; to continue moving forward and help my team improve. I want us to learn more and accomplish more in our industry.
Q: What do you like to do outside of work?
A: I enjoy staying home on the weekends and spending time with my family. In the summer, I visit my sister in Pennsylvania. I like family parties and being with my sons. Spending time with family is very special to me.

Q: What are your favorite Natech memories?
A: Every job I’ve done at Natech is a favorite because each one taught me something. I’ve learned from every position and every project. Natech gave me a chance; not just me, but many people here.
