Working at Natech

Q: What do you do at Natech?

As an operator, it’s my duty to organize and pack parts that come off the injection molding machines.

Q: What skills have you learned here and how has that helped the company?

It’s my job to understand the different potential defects that can happen with products. I need to inspect pieces and identify any defects to ensure all the parts packaged meet quality requirements.

Q: How do you feel like you’ve grown or changed at Natech?

I started my career in manufacturing working as an operator at Natech. I was really interested in the industry and put a lot of effort into getting myself up to speed.

After 5 years of being with Natech, I’ve gained more experience in efficiently packaging parts and keeping a keen eye out for quality.

Nancy is very organized when she works. Whenever she is given tasks or instructions, she approaches it with a positive attitude. She always takes a proactive stance to improve quality and efficiency. And she creates an atmosphere of friendship with the entire team.

Q: What do you like to do in your free time?

I enjoy spending time with my family. We love going to the park and the beach.

Q: What is something you can’t live without?

I can’t live without work, health, and love.

Q: What are your favorite Natech memories?

My favorite memories are the company events where we can spend time together, like when we went to baseball games, had picnics during the summer, and spent time together around Christmas.

Nancy is a cooperative and collaborative operator. She is very friendly, has great charisma, and is very understanding when working with everyone.
