Natech Expands Capacity and Opens New Warehousing Facility

Ronkonkoma, NY, November 14, 2022
Natech expands by adding a brand-new warehousing facility in Bohemia, New York. The medical manufacturer opened the facility to handle a majority of warehousing operations, including shipping and receiving.
The 8,000 square-foot facility resides just a few miles from Natech’s main medical manufacturing facilities in Ronkonkoma. The space it previously occupied, 85 Remington, will be used for contract manufacturing activities at Natech, including automated filling and sealing, product assembly and packaging, and part decorating.
The facility features four offices, including an incoming inspection office, that allows for a more streamlined process of inspecting and shipping out products.
Inside the facility, the warehousing team aims to continually identify and implement process improvements. To maximize space and improve organization, the team has already implemented labeled shelving for inventory to be easily retrieved and transported, identified lanes to aid accurate navigation, a vetting process to eliminate unnecessary material, and a convenient shipping and receiving station.
