Natech Plastics Awarded Long Island Top Workplaces 2022

For the second year in a row, Natech Plastics is named one of The Long Island Top Workplaces. Long Island Press and Dan’s Papers recognized 51 Long Island companies and organizations as Top Workplaces for 2022. Natech received an honor in the small business category.

The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The survey asked employees about what they appreciate about their company and what they’d like to see improved.

The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“The team at Natech today is the best team I’ve had the honor of working with. We live our core values of accountability, continual improvement, and connection; and I believe that’s why we continue to see success and growth at all levels of the organization,” says Thomas Nagler, CEO.

When employees were asked how much they “felt genuinely appreciated at Natech Plastics,” Natech responses ranked above the 95th percentile, when compared to over 30 other similarly sized medical manufacturers.

When asked, “What makes you feel appreciated at Natech Plastics?” employee responses included:

  1. My direct team makes me feel appreciated and valued. And in turn, I get to make others feel appreciated and valued.
  2. I get a lot of appreciation from my co-workers when I work on a project or try to improve a process. I receive a lot of positive feedback and encouragement.

When asked, “Why would you recommend working at Natech Plastics?” employee responses included:

  1. The people create a wonderful working environment. Everyone cares about each other and knows how to hold themselves accountable.
  2. Because it’s a company full of solid values that cares about its people.
