Jessica is always willing and able to help all employees across all shifts with anything they need help with. She constantly goes above and beyond. She is always looking for new things to learn about and ways to improve herself. I see her growing with the company for many years to come.

What’s your favorite part about working at Natech?

I really enjoy my job, especially when I get to learn a lot.

How do you feel like you’ve grown or changed at Natech?

I feel like I have grown a lot here. Natech has really helped me to identify my abilities to get ahead and improve myself.

What skills have you learned at Natech?

Mainly, I have been able to learn more English. And I learned what it means to work as a team and how to get over my fear of failing. Natech helped me believe in myself. Even when I thought it was impossible to achieve many of my goals, the company helped me achieve them through effort and dedication.

What is something that most people might not know about you?

Many people don’t know that I’m a really shy person. I have many fears and can sometimes be indecisive.

How did you start your career in manufacturing?

I started working at Natech as a machine operator. Little by little, I kept improving myself and worked my way up to the Shift Technician Assistant position.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I really like being with my children and spending quality time with my family.

What are your favorite Natech memories?

I love attending events with everyone. When we are together as the Natech Plastics family, my favorite memories are all the moments we share together.

What’s one thing that you can’t live without?

I could not live without having indisputable personal motivation. Good or bad, every situation is an opportunity to grow as a person.

What are three traits that define you?

How would you describe Natech?

Natech gives opportunities and instills confidence in its employees. And they know how to show gratitude to us.

Why do you feel proud to work at Natech?

My greatest pride is how much I’ve learned, both personally and professionally.

¿Cuál es tu parte favorita de trabajar en Natech?  

Mi parte favorita es disfrutar de mi trabajo y especialmente si aprendo más.

¿Cómo sientes que has crecido o cambiado en Natech? 

Siento que e crecido mucho, realmente Natech me a ayudado a demostrar muchas capacidades que tengo de salir adelante y superarme.

¿Qué habilidades ha aprendido aquí y cómo ha ayudado eso a la empresa? 

Principalmente poder aprender un poco el ideoma, poder aprender lo que es trabajar en equipo y a quitarme muchos temores al fracasar, Natech me a ayudado a creer en mi y poder lograr con esfuerzo y dedicación muchas metas que en su momento pensé que eran imposibles.  

¿Qué es algo que la mayoría de la gente no sabe sobre usted?  

La gente no sabe que realmente soy una persona tímida, y con muchos temores, algunas veces muy indecisa.   

¿Cómo comenzó su carrera en la fabricación? 

Comenzó como operadora de máquina, y poco a poco estar superándome. 

¿Qué le gusta hacer en su tiempo libre? 

Me gusta mucho estar con mis hijos pasar tiempo en familia.  

¿Cuáles son tus recuerdos favoritos de Natech?  

Realmente mis recuerdos favoritos son los momentos que compartimos juntos, sin ningún tipo de diferencia con cada uno de nosotros cuando estamos juntos como la familia de Natech Plastics cada evento al cual podemos asistir y compartimos juntos.

¿Cuál es una de las cosas sin las que no puede vivir? 

No podría vivir sin tener motivación personales indiscutibles mentes buenas o malas cada situación es una oportunidad de crecer como persona.

Da oportunidades, confianza y sabe agradecer a sus empleados.

Mi orgullo más grande es el aprendizaje en general que e obtenido tanto como personal y profesional.
