A HISTORY AND HERITAGE OFÂ PRECISION AND CRAFTSMANSHIP
Natech was founded on the principles of continual growth and improvement.
Founded in 1998 by German master mold-maker Gerd Nagler, Natech’s history combines traditional German precision with the enthusiastic and eager spirit of American manufacturing. The company continues to be guided by Nagler’s philosophy of building talented engineers into expert general managers and reinvesting in advanced equipment and systems.

In 1999, Natech began operations with just four injection molding presses. After we received our ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification, we started to focus more on lean manufacturing, process improvement, and overall quality output. This system ensures that plastic parts and molds are maintained, audited, and improved upon.
Natech eventually grew to develop unique engineering capabilities, such as engineering design services, Scientific Molding and Moldflow Analysis. Scientific Molding helps create repeatable, data-driven processes that improve injection molding efficiency. Moldflow Analysis reduces quality risks and economic risks.

Our journey through designing, manufacturing, and producing quality medical and diagnostics products advanced when we earned our ISO 13485 certification. A year later, we launched an ISO Class 8 Cleanroom at one of our facilities, dedicated to medical device manufacture and assembly.

Most recently, we are making advancements in automation and collaborative robot technology, in order to increase efficiency of our manufacturing processes and reduce costs and lead times for our customers.
