WORKING AT NATECH
Q: What do you do at Natech?
I am responsible for providing the best customer experience to all of Natech’s clients.
Q: What’s your favorite part about working at Natech?
The culture. Every day, I look forward to coming to work and collaborating with an amazing team.
Q: How do you feel like you’ve grown or changed at Natech?
I believe I’ve become more inquisitive. While I’ve worked in customer service for a decade, being in a new industry allows me to think more critically and analytically. Everything at Natech is customized for each client, from their requirements and materials to communications. I’ve learned to adapt to any situation and be more confident in asking for help when needed.
Q: What skills have you learned here and how has that helped the company?
I have learned to be more proactive and to think critically. Our industry is highly customized, so what works for one client may not work for another. Being able to think and plan miles ahead allows me to better serve clients.
I can’t believe Jocelyn has only been with Natech for five months! In this short amount of time, she has shown herself to be an invaluable member of the Natech team, showing exceptional dedication and commitment to both her colleagues and the company. Jocelyn is a shining example of a Natech employee, and I am so thrilled to have her on our team!

PERSONAL LIFE
Q: What is something that most people might not know about you?
This one is a little tricky for me! I am an open book with almost everyone. I believe in being my true authentic self and sharing all my life experiences.
Q: How did you start your career?
I started my career in customer service back in 2013 as a call center agent. Over the past decade, I have worked hard to improve both my hard and soft skills to provide the best customer experience possible.
Q: What do you like to do in your free time?
I love hiking, playing with my dog, spending time with family, and binging a good show on Netflix.
My favorite thing about Jocelyn is her desire to make new changes and improvements and her ability to develop the ideas to make them real! She’s a genuine person who wants to implement practices that improve experiences and productivity.
Her best qualities are being responsible and accountable, which allows her to accomplish her goals and help the people around her succeed as well.

ALL ABOUT JOCELYN
Q: What motivates you?
The fear of being in the same position I was a year ago. I’m always striving to improve and grow. Knowledge is power, and the only way to gain knowledge is to maintain a positive mentality and be open to receiving feedback.
Q: What are your favorite Natech memories?
A favorite memory of mine was being able to work on the filling and sealing line for one of our clients. I was able to gain a new perspective of the ordering process. Normally I receive a PO, enter this into our system, and work with operations to get this on our production schedule. Being exposed to working on one of our production floors, seeing how an automated line works, and also witnessing firsthand some of the challenges our operators face brought a newfound respect. At that moment I understood there’s so much more to a sales order than simply entering it into a system. I was able to see how operators dealt with challenges and how they were able to quickly think on their feet to ensure orders ship on time.
Q: What’s one thing that you can’t live without?
One thing I can’t live without is music. Music allows me to escape, but also allows me to focus on any task at hand. There’s nothing like working and having good tunes playing. It keeps the happy and positive vibes going for me!
